The principal water supply to this lot is derived from a spring situate on Lot 3, whence it flows by gravitation to a reservoir on the same lot, and again thence by gravitation to the House. This reservoir also receives a supplementary supply when necessary from a spring situate in Enclosure No. 88a of Lot 49, which also supplies water to the Green Bottoms Buildings on Lot 49, to Lot 44 and to Lot 9, and the Purchaser of this lot shall have the right to the continuance of these water supplies, as heretofore enjoyed, subject to the conditions as set out in the particulars of Lots 3 and 9 and in the clause headed " Water Supply " in the General Remarks. The Gardener's Cottage and Gardens have a separate water supply from a spring situate on Lot 8, and the Purchaser of this lot shall have the right to the continuance of this water supply subject to the conditions as set out in the Particulars of Lot 8.
