Lot 23a The Valuable Timber Only Growing in Nutter Wood
Being Enclosure No. 503a of Lot 23, Area about 5.184 Acres, consisting principally of of LARGE BEECH, with a few Trees of other varieties.
The Freehold of the Land is excluded from the sale of this Lot and is included in Lot 23.
This Timber is sold with Rights-of-Access &c., as stated in the particulars of Lot 23 and subject to the conditions mentioned therein. It is to be felled and cleared within three years from the 29th day of September next, and if not so cleared any standing or felled Timber being on the Land at the end of that period shall become the property of the owner for the time being of the Freehold.
Lot 24 (Coloured Yellow on Plan). The First Rate Dairy and Pasture Farm known as Gill Top Farm Area about 28a. 3r. 11p. The House is of stone, and contains Living Room, Sitting Room, Back Kitchen, Dairy, and Four Bed Rooms. Coal House and Hen House. This Lot is sold subject to a Right-of-Way reserved to the owner for the time being of the Timber comprising Lot 24a for the purpose of removing the said Timber over a track through Enclosures Nos. 441 and 442 of this Lot, the position of such track to be agreed upon by the Purchasers of this Lot and Lot 24a, and in the event of the parties failing to agree the matter shall be referred to an umpire.
