The Freehold of the land is excluded from the sale of this Lot and is included in the sale of Lot 45. This Timber is sold with Rights of Access, &c, as stated in the particulars of Lot 45 and subject to the conditions mentioned therein. It is to be felled and cleared within three years from the 29th day of September next, and if not so cleared, any standing or felled timber being on the land at the end of that period shall become the property of the owner for the time being of the Freehold.
