1880 Cowling Child Census

The following is a copy of a
text book from 1880 entitled 'West Riding County Council, Education
Committee'
The information was all recorded by hand in child age order. Although no
information is present as to the exact purpose of the list.
One theory suggests the recording of Cowling children's location and age for
the purpose of providing schooling, another suggests it may have been part of
the compilation of the infamous 1881 census.
Cowling Moonrakers would be
